Darius Johnson ( '15)

Darius Johnson '15 attended Washington College as a recipient of the Vincent Hynson Scholarship, a full tuition scholarship awarded to one African American graduate from Kent County High School per class.

As someone who attended the college as both a student and a Chestertown community member, Darius offers a unique perspective on the relationship between the town community and Washington College. He continues to work in the region as the Executive Director of Kent Attainable Housing, having previously served as the Communications Manager for the Eastern Shore Land Conservancy.
