I'm from Chestertown Maryland. I attend Kent County High School, and I am in 12th grade. In the next 5 years, I see myself making a change in children's lives both physically and mentally. Hip Hop Music is free therapy and a great way to express yourself. Hip Hop Time Capsule has taught me the history of Hip Hop and the effect my culture has had on it.
Jelly Roll
My MC name comes from my fathers childhood nickname, “Jelly Roll.” Growing up, people have compared me to my father a lot, whether it was looks or my humor. Even though my name is funny, I talk about some pretty deep things in my spoken word. My biggest inspiration is my older sister Jamera . I grew up watching her win a poetry contest and that is when my love for spoken word came about.
